Completed in 2019, the 6-acre site and 6,000-square-foot store boast a fully operational commercial kitchen, fueling stations, and a state-of-the-art tunnel car wash. The building was constructed from masonry walls, structural steel, and state-of-the-art mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Despite numerous challenges from unsuitable soils and environmental abatement, the project was completed on schedule and on budget.
