Gulfstream Seat Retrofit Ph I & II
Completed in November of 2014, this fast-paced renovation project for Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation was constructed to house Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation’s seat retro-fit department. The scope of work included new electrical service, construction of a new utility grid system, over 2,000 linear feet of compressed air piping, installation of new lighting, and various process-related assemblies. The scope also included new office construction, office renovation, and minor civil improvements.
This project was completed on an accelerated schedule, and was completed under budget and ahead of schedule.
