West Construction is proud to partner with the City of Savannah on the expansion of the Pennsylvania Avenue Resource Center (PARC), delivering a new 10,500-square-foot gymnasium addition that enhances recreational opportunities for the surrounding community. The project includes a full-size gymnasium, locker rooms, restrooms, concession area, administrative offices, and support spaces designed to serve youth programs, community events, and recreational activities for years to come. The addition blends seamlessly with the existing campus while providing a durable, modern environment that promotes health, wellness, and community engagement. Built with a focus on quality craftsmanship, long-term performance, and functionality, the new PARC Gym strengthens an important neighborhood resource and creates a welcoming space for residents of all ages
