Completed ahead of schedule and under budget, this fast-paced high profile project located on Forsyth Park in downtown Savannah, GA is a shining example of teamwork and the fruits of pre-planning for success. The project featured several early release packages for steel and structure, as well as several different permit phases to help expedite the start and completion of the project. Despite being delayed by Hurricane Matthew – Savannah’s first Hurricane on over 100 years – and the numerous complications that arise from working in Savannah’s historic district, the project was completed 1% under budget and 2 weeks ahead of schedule.
