Colonial Group Headquarters
This multi-phased 135,000 SF renovation for one of Savannah’s most storied businesses was completed through a design-assist delivery method to expedite construction. The project was completed on-time with a staggered delivery schedule, working around existing tenants on the buildings 3rd floor. The scope included new interior construction throughout the 1st and second floors as well as construction of a new parking lot and exterior renovations.
