This new construction 10 acre, 50,000 SF Ford Dealership boasts a 17 vehicle bay service building, an 11 vehicle bay quick change building, large sales floor, and 15K SF of office space for accounting and support staff. The building features modern energy efficient systems and a large roof top photo voltaic solar array. In addition to the typical service facility offerings, this modern store also features a large supply of EV charging stations and infrastructure. Our team worked with JC Lewis Ford for over a year prior to starting construction to provide preconstruction services examining constructability, scheduling, value engineering, and early-release packages to meet the demands of their operation.
