Hargray Corporate Office
Completed in the summer of 2019, these renovations to the corporate campus of Hargray Communications on Hilton Head Island, SC mark the beginning of a multi-phased, multi-building. renovation and modernization of their retail and office functions. The project included renovation of an existing office space into the new flagship retail location as well as office renovations totaling just over 20,000 SF. The project was delivered through a negotiated open-book delivery method and was completed on-schedule and on-budget.
