Colonial Group Headquarters
Currently under construction, this 100,000 SF renovation will give new life to the former home of the Savannah Morning News and a new chapter in the storied history of the 100-year-old Colonial Group. The project scope includes interior and exterior renovation to the office portion of the facility and new office construction and warehouse upgrades in the former printing press and distribution areas of the facility.
