Savannah Country Day School STEM Building
Completed 2 months early and under budget, this state of the art STEM building serves as a bridge between the traditional architecture of the Savannah Country Day School campus and the modern needs of a STEM building. The building boasts 32,000 SF of educational space including laboratory and science classrooms, a new library, and learning stair as well as numerous break-out rooms and conference spaces fostering collaboration. The building was delivered through CM @ Risk delivery following almost 3 years of pre-construction.
