Currently under construction, this 17,500 SF project will provide a cutting-edge facility for SCAD’s film school housing the film set design, wardrobe design, and supporting classrooms. The construction scope includes a complete demolition back to the original structure, and reconstructing new walls, systems, and finishes to support the building’s purpose.
