SCAD Building 3
Building 3 is another pillar of the largest, most comprehensive university film studio complex in the Nation. This ambitious 17,000-square-foot adaptive reuse project provides a home for the SCAD set design, set construction, and wardrobe design programs. The building boasts a welding lab, paint booth, garment conveyor, and ample classroom space, providing students with state-of-the-art equipment and facilities to spark their creativity. The project was completed ahead of schedule and under budget through a negotiated delivery.
