West Construction fought extreme unforeseen site conditions, owner changes, and a tight schedule to deliver a successful building for the University. They exhibited a high level of concern and commitment to meet all of the university’s goals, and the Architects aesthetic for the overall success of the project.

Ultimately, the project was completed safely, 2 weeks ahead of schedule, and 1% under budget, despite the inherent challenges of its address and the hurdles thrown by mother nature. This project was the purest example of teamwork, a group of people working selflessly for a common goal.
